  5. Do a final review of your work.

Once you submit your portfolio components as final, you won’t be able to make any changes unless your teacher returns a component to you.

  6. Submit your work as final.

When you’re ready to submit each portfolio component as final, you’ll be required to review each portfolio component one more time and confirm that it’s correct. You’ll then be required to acknowledge the Artistic Integrity Agreement and the Digital Portfolio AP Exam Terms and Conditions.

After you’ve submitted your portfolio components as final, open the Class Summary Overview page. In the table, ensure all 3 boxes (Sustained Investigation Images, Sustained Investigation Written Evidence, and Selected Works) have a checkmark. This indicates that the portfolio component has been submitted as final.

Leading up to the May 10,  8 p.m. ET AP Program deadline, you should periodically check the Class Summary Overview page to ensure your teacher didn’t return any portfolio component to you. If they did, it’s your responsibility to resubmit the portfolio component before the deadline for it to be sent to AP for scoring.
